東北関東大震災への緊急支援のお願い（募金・寄付）

ジャパン・プラットフォーム（JPF）は、東北地方太平洋沖地震に際して、発生当日に出動を決め、支援を開始しました。3月12日現在、JPF加盟NGOのうち8団体が支援の準備を決定しております。支援の内容としては、調査、物資配布、避難所運営、災害救助犬チームを派遣などです。また、既にJPF事業部プログラム・コーディネーターを乗せたチャーター・ヘリによる機上からの現場調査を終えました。JPFの活動にご理解ご協力いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

難民を助ける会では、東北関東大震災で被災された方々を支援するために、緊急支援チーム7名を被災地に派遣しています。3月17日までに、灯油と軽油をそれぞれ1,800リットル、毛布1,000枚、飲料水約13,000本、コメ600キロ、カロリーメイト3000個、Tシャツ1,000枚などの食料や生活用品などを、宮城県仙台市にある拠点まで輸送し、そこから宮城県内の避難所となっている学校や障害者施設、高齢者施設などに届けています。今後も、調達ができた支援物資を随時被災地に届け、配付していきます。

AAR JAPAN has been delivering emergency relief items to the survivors of the Great East Japan Earthquake. A total of seven staffs members have been dispatched to the calamity stricken area. Our trucks have already delivered 1,800 liter of diesel and kerosene, 1,000 blankets, 13,000 bottles of water, 600kg of rice, 3,000 packs of Calorie Mates, 1,000 shirts, and other supplies to the Emergency Headquarters of Sendai-city. These items were sent from headquarters to many evacuation sites in Miyagi. AAR Japan will continue supplying goods to the survivors of this earthquake.

日本赤十字社は東北関東大震災の発災後、直ちに医療救護活動を開始しました。4月22日0時までに医師・看護師等6名以上で編成される医療救護班540班、被災者のストレスに対応する「心のケア」班11班、高齢者施設や避難所の支援として介護チーム2班を被災地に派遣しました。また、救援物資として、毛布132,510枚、携帯ラジオ・懐中電灯などが入った「緊急セット」30,132セット、マット・枕・アイマスク・耳栓などが入った「安眠セット」12,500セット等を被災地に届けています。
その他、震災前から登録していた赤十字防災ボランティア・救護ボランティアによる被災地での支援活動や、海外赤十字社からの救援金で仮設住宅等7万戸（予定）に家電セットを寄贈する活動を行っています。

“Good Neighbors JAPAN” has decided to provide emergency support by offering supplies to the victims of the Sendai Earthquake and raise funds on their behalf.

発災後、直ちに実施した被災地での調査をもとに、特に支援が行き届いていない岩手県・山田町の３つの避難所とその周辺地域において、プロの料理人や炊き出し経験者などを含むスタッフ・ボランティアが中心となり、1日2回の炊出しを継続して行っています。今後、大槌町、そして北部沿岸地域へと活動を拡大し、6か月の緊急支援として約２万人に支援を届けることを目標としています。

The Japan Association for the United Nations World Food Programme (JAWFP), an official support agency in Japan for WFP, has established the “East Japan Earthquake Relief Donation,” a humanitarian relief fund for the victims of one of the largest earthquakes ever and the tsunami which struck Japan on March 11. Josette Sheeran, the executive director of the WFP in Rome, expressed his deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the victims of the devastating earthquake and tsunami and announced “We are ready to help Japan in any way.” WFP officially offered humanitarian assistance to the Japanese government. As the major official contract point of WFP in Japan, JAWFP is practicing relief donation. Donations will be used for humanitarian support, including the provision of food and everyday commodities to the victims through local government bodies.

宮城県気仙沼市では、孤立高齢者や障がい者、母子など社会的弱者を中心に、中長期の保健医療支援活動を行っています。同市は地震後に広範囲に火災が発生し行政の記録も被害を受けたため、避難所に行くことができない高齢者、障がい者、母子等の安否確認が重要な課題となっています。地元医療機関などと協力し「気仙沼 巡回療養支援隊」を発足し、医師・保健師／看護師による訪問診療、在宅ケアの活動を中長期にわたって行います。

Services for the Health in Asian & African Regions (SHARE)
We are currently providing middle and long-term health and medical support for victims with disabilities and families in Kesennuma City, in Miyagi Prefecture. One of the most urgent problems we have is confirming the safety of people who cannot go to refuge such as the elderly, the people with disabilities, and the mother and child since the administrative documents were burnt caused by widespread fire after the quake. We are now promoting visit medical examination and treatment with doctor and nurse from Kesennuma Medical Supporting Group, organized with local institutions.

阪神淡路大震災や中越地震などの救援活動経験を生かし、活動しています。3/19、第１次隊が宮城県仙台市若林区蒲町小学校避難所に向けて9:25に事務所出発。翌朝5時に到着し、先生や避難所の運営委員、ボランティアの方々と一緒に、トラックに満載した支援物資を降ろし、支援物資を提供しました。3/24、第二次隊が宮城県本吉郡南三陸町へ出発、翌朝7:30に到着。活動拠点調査、救援物資提供及び輸送実施予定です。

JAPAN TEAM OF YOUNG HUMAN POWER (JHP)
We are putting our experience to work to aid relief for the Great Hanshin Earthquake and the Mid Nigata Prefecture Earthquake. On March 19th, our first team departed at 9:25 for Kabanomachi Primary School, in Sendai City, in Miyagi Prefecture and arrived at 5:00 on the next day. We unloaded the relief goods, and distributed them. On March 24th, the second our team departed for Minamisanriku, in Miyagi Prefecture and arrived at 7:30 on the next day. We are planning to have an on-the-spot investigation for our supporting foothold, and transport the relief goods

てのひらでは、東北地方太平洋沖地震において被災した人々、とくに女性と子どもへの性暴力を防止するために、しあわせなみだ、（特活）ポラリスプロジェクト等の団体と協働して、女性・子ども応援プロジェクトを立ち上げております。

このプロジェクトは被災地の女性や子どもに対して性暴力防止のための啓発ならびに情報提供を避難所等で実施します。現在、被災した女性・子どもを応援し、性暴力を防止するためのカードを制作しています。カードは震災後、避難所や自宅で暮らす女性と子どもに配布し、情報を提供します。カードの制作費・避難所への発送等のためにご寄付をどうぞよろしくお願いします！
